Our policy

After placing your order, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to the purchaser via email. Generally takes 2 - 10 business days to reach it's destination.

Express Post is available generally takes 1-4 business days to reach it's destination.

Any Lost, Missing and/or Damaged parcels, will need an enquiry with Australia Post: www.austpost.com.au
